- May 2025 finished down -7.2% compared with the pre-pandemic average (the average of May 2019/2018/2017). The month was up +63.5% compared with May 2024. The pre-pandemic standard is what we want to get back to and -7.2% is not a bad number.

Lilo & Stitch, over $630 million worldwide and still playing extremely well
  • There’s no qualification or asterisk on this performance. May competed with a strong lineup that appealed broadly to all tastes: Thunderbolts, Final Destination, Lilo & Stitch and Mission: Impossible, plus great holdover business from Sinners:
